This multi-award winning blue cheese is made by Andy and Sandy Rose from “Two Hoots” near Wokingham, it has a smooth buttery texture, a rich blue taste and a distinctive appearance. The cheese is made with Channel Island milk, so it's very creamy, buttery and soft. It matures at around five or six weeks so it's ready quite quickly. It goes great with a nice oat cake or with a warm dip and breadsticks. We also like it on mushrooms grilled on a BBQ.
