Introducing our 'Cotswold Blend,' which features a naturally processed Brazilian coffee sourced from the illustrious Ibiraci region. Situated in the southern part of Minas Gerais, Ibiraci is celebrated for producing exceptional Brazilian coffees. The region's ideal combination of altitude, rainfall, and average annual temperature contributes to the high natural sweetness in the final cup. Additionally, the natural processing method enhances this sweetness, resulting in delightful notes of sweet toffee, chocolate, and nuts. This harmoniously balanced, full-bodied coffee is a true indulgence with its rich, sweet, and luxurious flavour which can be likened to a Northern Italian espresso style. We particularly enjoy using this blend as a base for espresso, as it creates a fantastic flat white!
