Oxford Blue is produced by Baron Robert Pouget of the Oxford Cheese Company based in Burford. A soft and creamy, full-flavoured vegetarian blue cheese. A fantastic British cheese made with pasteurised cow's milk, a wonderful depth of flavour. This cheese was inspired by Dolcelatte, St Agur, Gorgonzola and other soft European cheeses.
