"Yorkshire Wensleydale" can only be used for cheese that is made in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire and is protected with European Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. Aged for up to 6 months producing a fuller, deeper, mature flavour with a superbly creamy, crumbly texture. Coated in green wax.
